Packaging & Delivery

We pack every order with care — your scoops are wrapped and boxed so they arrive safely and ready to open.

  • Standard scoops are packed in box packaging. Free standard delivery on AU orders over $75.
  • If you order multiple scoops, they'll arrive together in one box — we combine packaging to save on shipping costs for you.
  • Processing time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days.
  • Shipping times vary by location. Once your order leaves us, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier — we'll send you tracking so you can follow along.

Repeat Items

Every fuufii scoop is a mystery — that's the fun of it! We restock our scoops regularly so there are always fresh items coming in.

Worried about getting duplicates? Here's how we handle it:

  • If you order multiple scoops in one order, we do our best to make sure you get different designs across them.
  • If you're a returning customer, just email us a photo of your previous scoop before we pack your order and we'll do our best to send you something new.

Damaged or Defective Items

We check every order before it ships, but if something arrives damaged due to carrier handling or arrives defective:

  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We'll sort it out for you — replacement or store credit depending on stock availability.

We cannot accept damage claims raised after the 2-day window, so please check your order when it arrives. 🙏

Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, please:

  • Check with neighbours and your building's mailroom first.
  • Wait 2 business days (carriers sometimes scan ahead of delivery).
  • If still missing, contact us and we'll lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Fuufii is not responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Fuufii scoops are mystery bundles — the surprise is part of the experience! Because items are selected at random, we're unable to offer returns or swaps based on personal preference or because a specific item wasn't to your taste.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing so you know what size and theme of scoop you're getting. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to reach out — we're happy to help you pick the right scoop. 🍨
